 program is designed to identify and recognize the leaders in various business categories. In identifying these businesses, Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. is contracted to ensure that the results are objective and unbiased. Perspectives Consulting Group is an independent market research firm specializing in research for both manufacturing and service-based businesses throughout the United States.

Who's Who is our way of helping business leaders get the recognition and exposure they deserve. Started almost 20 years ago the Who's Who in Business program has expanded to several cities in Michigan, and Illinois. This survey recognizes these businesses as the 'leader' in their category.

Four-hundred telephone surveys were completed with a random sample of households in each specific market. Perspectives Consulting Group asked respondents who they felt were the leaders in 50 different business categories.
